God bless them all indeed🙏🏾🧡 the other day I learned that the United States has only been at peace for a tiny bit of its existence. So sad.

2024-06-05 16:36:18 +0000 UTCWow. Definitely not intentional but I love that you caught that. Yeah that's unfortunate. I hope the last years of their lives were filled with joy, family, and loved ones. Lord knows they deserve it

2024-06-05 16:35:29 +0000 UTCI think watching shows like these is the closest I'll ever come to comprehending the amount of sacrifices or heart it took for people like your father to do what they did. You're very welcome. Thanks for sharing John. More coming soon

2024-06-05 16:31:33 +0000 UTCNever again has not come. God bless my grandpa, my father. God bless the red army that lost 23 million while liberating my parents and grandparents from the Germans in Norway, allowing me to be born the first generation American in 1945 in Alaska. God bless every US and other nations soldier and their families for their great sacrifice on this 80th anniversary of D-Day shame for not inviting the Russians delegation to the D-Day celebrations in Normandy. War as hell. Yet in my 79 years of life we as Americans have not stopped fighting with other nations that have not attacked us, but have been wars of choice. May our country courageously learn peace instead of domination on the world stage for a dollar.

2024-06-05 05:27:11 +0000 UTCYou posted this on the 80th anniversary of D-Day. I'm sure it wasn't intentional. It's sad to think that most of those soldiers in the interview segments at the beginning are likely gone from this earth forever now.

2024-06-04 22:43:36 +0000 UTCMy father was on PT boats during world war II and he was a communications and engineering specialist. He was usually one of the first guys in and had to stay undercover until the troops arrived. He never told me much about what went on but you could tell that he didn't want to talk about something. Must have been hell I'm sure. Thanks for uploading these Frank! Peace!
