Question, How Important is Specific Food in Weight Gain art to you?

Theming is important to any piece of entertainment. Destruction of that theming, be it putting talking cars into a land about the frontier or having a fat chick eat a salad is a detriment I fear.

Like stuffing with deserts conveys an almost inability to stop or a "letting herself go" type scenario. While eating meats or fast food is more like a ravenous hunger or "unwilling to stop" type scenario.

If a character is known for eating a specific food, playing into that idea or establishing that they don’t normally eat that food is pretty important, I’d say. I’m gonna say ‘important’, because at the bare minimum, I think the character needs to eat fattening stuff. Eating apples and getting fat raises an eyebrow.
