If you can't train like the other heroes then find your own way. Anywhere can be a training ground just keep an open mind. It's good to see Crusher is making progress with his powers good for him. I'm looking forward to see what else he is capable of doing with his powers.

Holt as the leader of the Guardians would be good choice, but I think it will be Josh. He has the making of a good teacher and mentor with how dark his past is. Who else knows the consequences of not reigning in your powers and nearly killing a friend. And of course nearly dying because you were too hot headed to realize when you are outmatched.
