Tonight I had the pleasure to sit alone, listen to a audiobook by one of my favorite spiritual authors, do mantra, and make a mala for Shiva.
I often don’t talk about my own sacred practices because they don’t feel like they fit for public consumption… I’d rather talk about digestible things that people in the public and understand. But for you, my patrons, I think you can appreciate how lovely it is to spend an evening in sacred work not caring if anyone else will appreciate it.
I’m grateful for the opportunity to whisper prayers as I knot rudraksha seeds and turquoise beads, and offer them onto the statue of my beloved shiva.
May you be blessed and find your sadhana (spiritual practice) that lights you up from within!
In blessings, Kaelan
