Thanks for this video, Kae! You make excellent points, particular the distinction between self-pleasure and sexual pleasure and play with partners, which are different experiences and fulfill different needs. You also touch on the larger question, which is not about the quantity of masturbation but the QUALITY of self-pleasure one is experiencing: is it deep, vital, sacred, multi-dimensional, engaging all the senses and the whole self? Sometimes the question is not "Do I need more masturbation?" but rather "Do I need BETTER masturbation?"
