Weekly Intention: Surrender to the Quiet of Autumn

This week, our intention is a little more quiet and reflective than the last few weeks have been. There isn't anything we are trying to do per se...instead, we are just trying to observe the change that is happening in the sessions and within ourselves.
Personally, I have been feeling a quiet shift this week. How about you? Something within me is opening and moving. Such is the energy of the autumnal season. As we move into the darker half of the year, what is evolving within you?
