Teaser: Chapter 14

For some reason, I've been encountering a lot of weird technical glitches in trying to finish up the images from the two possible opening scenes for this chapter. But, with the exception of a single image, I think I've finally worked through them.
I'm now onto just a few images that form a kind of transition to the scene that will be the bulk of this chapter (including two possible romantic encounters). While I'm working on those, thought I'd drop this teaser image.
It may not be the Bavarian engineering Alex thinks about in the first chapter, but... maybe it will suffice. Or, is he going to turn his back on the trappings of wealth?
