Onwards to Harrenhal with. few stops along the way...

Comments

Good chapter. As usual, Hoster is plotting and then stepping in it.

When’s update

Mark Travis

I love the dynamic of Jon&Jon. Can't wait for more, every time you upload it's like the Christmas came early.

Thor

More more more. This is the best ASOIAF/GOT fanfic I’ve read at it doesn’t even come close. Keep up the great work!

But my good Baron, you say that like 10 chapters of internal monologue isn’t something we’d like. We crave the words m’lord….we crave them…

Sammy the Shark

Hey, just wanted to give you the feedback that I very much love this fanfiction and that the whole world fits very good to your writing style. I'd love to read more of this in the future! Keep it up👍

Tom Franke

Love this story! Any chance of more frequent updates going forward, can’t get enough of it?

TJ

This story is just so much fun, i look forward to every chapter, and always want more at the end of each one. They always seem to go by very quickly.

Mark Quaker

This is one of the first ASOIAF fics I’ve ever read and I’m really enjoying it, can’t wait to read more, it’s a shame it’s only once a week! (Another reason I didn’t vote for the both option on the poll)

Jon hasn't really given much thought to Catelyn. He was distracted more by Baelish but we will get to his insights in the next chapter and throughout the story. If I addressed them all now, it would be close to around 10 chapters of internal monologue of every character he has met and interacted with 👍

Lee McCusker

I get not wanting to bog down the story in Jon mourning everything he lost. But I do think that in this situation, even not understanding the idea of parallel worlds, that he would at least give thought to his cousins not being born. On that same thread, is he not concerned that Lyanna not getting with Rhaegar means he’ll never be born?

Rick Malone

Yeah it seems sketchy to us, who are familiar with alternate universes and time travel through fiction, but would Jon know and understand this to the point that the man famous for brooding wouldn’t have to chew on it for a while?

I love this story and how things are changing, I hate Catelyn and I would be very happy if she didn't set foot in the North

Yomira Ullon

Tbh, expecting the exact same children in an alternate universe is already kind of sketchy. Realistically, there's no guarantee of them spawning the same in the same order. It'd me ridiculous, but indeed we haven't seen Jon pondering that, I think.

Eric Lachance

That never ocurred to me either while reading. To be fair though they didnt do much good anyway, with the exception of Arya.

Ondrej Mišo

Loving this story so far. One question though, has Jon acknowledged that Catelyn not marrying his uncle will mean his cousins are never born? I can’t remember if it’s been addressed in an earlier chapter, but his lack of thought on the matter was something that stuck out to me in this chapter.

Rick Malone

Seven hells this is great, can’t wait to see more!

Frodran

Can't wait for Baelish to die.
