What level are you in Small On Top?

As I'm making new Guild Home Buffs, I'm slowly reaching a point regarding the levels where it might be better to start focusing on other stuff and put the buffs on hold. Next build will feature level 40 buffs, but I'm not sure how many of you are even close to that level. So, a poll!
