But then again I had a feeling that the old man was still alive because they never showed him getting killed. Plus there were hints throughout the series too but his answer was to have fun before he dies. He also made a valid point that it was them that made the choice to go back. And as for Player 456 Gi-Hun, he never touched that money because it's like blood money and extreme guilt. I figured he dyed his hair red which reminds him of all the bloodshed he went through. However I wish he continued on to go see his daughter and yet he turns back!! Like come on, your daughter is far more important! With season 2 coming he can't handle them by himself smh..
