Liam was the head of a human trafficking “snatch team.” Liam’s criminal contacts would send him requests for a type of girl, sometimes for a specific girl. Liam’s team would then capture the girl or girls requested, package them as freight and ship them off into lives of slavery.
Life was good for Liam, until one of his contacts flipped on him. Liam and his boys were convicted under new laws and sentenced to serve life in private custody (slavery) They were all purchased by Dr. Lilith who brought them to her retreat where they were all feminized.
Dr. Lilith sold the new girls at a loss to buyers known for their sadistic fetishes, but she kept the still defiant Liam for herself.
Already stripped of her manhood, Lilith began to strip Liam of her humanity itself.
Now it waits for it’s mistress in the yard where it lives. The leash has no lock, but it would never dare to unlatch it.
