Update: Changes and Improvements

Hey everyone! Quick update regarding my short break — well, it’s not really a break anymore, more like a full-blown behind-the-scenes project now, lol.
I gotta be honest with you: I made some pretty big changes... and they’re taking much more time than I originally thought. But it’s all for a good cause, I promise.

First major thing: I changed the image ratio!
Instead of the old 1:1 square, I’m now creating images in a 16:9 ratio. Why? Because it opens up way more creativity and a TON more pose possibilities. It just looks better and feels less cramped.
BUT this also means I had to rework every pose model and every character model to fit the new format.
I’ve already reworked most of the poses and a chunk of the characters, but man, it’s taking a lot longer than I thought.

Second big thing: I re-trained most poses to add way more variation.
Instead of one pose spitting out almost the exact same image every time, now the model has more freedom:

• Different pose variations

• Different view angles

• Clothing options like fully clothed, topless, bottomless, lingerie, underwear, or nude
  (And yeah, it depends on the context — you won’t find someone wearing lingerie while bathing... unless? 😂)

On top of that, I also added more legwear options!
When legs or feet are visible, you might get:

• Stockings, pantyhose, thighhighs, kneehighs, fluffy socks, regular socks, leggings, or barefoot

• Barefoot even has a chance for cute nail polish now!

Clothing colors are also more varied now — you might see blue pantyhose, yellow socks, black lingerie... lots of fun randomizations happening behind the scenes.

Third major change:
I’ve been working on the base model itself! I trained it a bit more with realistic images to get cleaner skin tones. It’s still a work in progress though — the model is a little confused because it's trying to mix anime and realistic styles 😅 But I’m ironing that out.

Fourth change:
Expressions!
Before, I let the model randomly pick expressions, which sometimes ended up... well, let’s just say the vibes didn’t always match.
Now I’m slowly adjusting poses so expressions make more sense with the pose.
Still working through them, but it’s getting there.

As for the original characters — they had to take a bit of a backseat for now to get the technical stuff done first, but they are NOT forgotten.
Miyuki is actually making great progress and will have a new set soon, and the others will follow after!

Does this feel like the right direction? Or is there something you’d want me to tweak?
As always, I made backups and copies of everything, so if something doesn’t feel right later on, switching back or adjusting will be no problem at all.
