Holly was just doing her usual work in her office, humming a small tune to herself while filling out some international shipping forms when there was a quiet knock on the door.
"Come in, the door is open" she replied to the knocking, not looking up from her paperwork until she could hear the door open and the telltale "click clack" sound of heels on wood.
"Ah, Lucy, there you are. Just 50 minutes late to work" Holly said, her tone carrying fake anger as she looked at her newest secretary shily enter the office.
"Well, can you tell me what exactly took you so long?" she continued, holding her serious face despite wanting to smirk as she saw Lucy go towards her desk with a gingerly bowlegged walk.

"I-I am s-sorry, Miss Meeks" Lucy, formerly known as Luke, answered, doing his best to not look his boss in the eyes, instead focusing on the floor as he still felt his ass burn.
"Well, it has been the third time this week that you are late! So I think a punishment is in order. 20 sounds good enough, don't you agree?" Holly sneered, enjoying how Luke started to tremble.
"O-Of course Miss Meeks" was the only thing the feminized guy could say in this situation before he walked around the table and laid himself across his boss' lap.
"Well, aren't you eager to start? Guess you like getting punished, so don't worry, I will make sure to be extra rough this time!"

"Y-Yes Miss Meeks..." was the only reply Holly got before Luke tottered around the room in his heels, moving more delicate than when he entered the office.
"And don't forget to bend from the hips, Lucy! But you already know how that works, right?" Holly giggled, and when Luke just nodded rapidly she nearly burst out laughing.

And as Luke continued to totter around the room, putting away reports into the file cabinets, Holly could only admire the form that she created weeks ago.
Gone was the once slightly muscular frame of Luke, alongside his short blonde hair or boyish face.
In its place was now a body that screamed femininity, starting with dainty feet adorned with pink nails inside 4-inch heels that Luke was now easily able to walk in thanks to hours on the treadmill.
Smooth long legs, dehaired with multiple laser-hair-removal sessions, that were encased by thigh-high sheer brown stockings that gave him legs for days.
This was followed by a skirt that started at his navel and did not even reach mid-thigh, leaving a nice absolute territory while also putting his ass on display with its tightness.

But before Holly could think more about how sexy her new secretary looked a buzzing sound from her phone demanded her attention, and a smile spread on her face.

"Now say 'Ahhh'~" she continued before taking 3 pills, 2 white and a blue one with a V on it, and putting them in Luke's mouth before making him swallow. "That is a good girl!"

Luke could only glare as he was being treated like a child, but luckily for him the door opened before he could do something stupid that would make him get into more trouble.
"Well, if it is not my favorite sister" Harris said as he entered Holly's office, striding forward to embrace his sister into a tight hug that she eagerly returned.
"And my baby is also here! Oh, you don't know how much I missed you!" he continued before embracing Luke in a hug too, but this one was much more sexual.

"But enough joking around. How was the trip? Did everything work out in the end?" the sister asked her brother, curious about how he did in his new position as a salesman.
"Oh, it was a blast! The countryside was simply beautiful, and even though our clients were quite troublesome with the haggling we still managed to come to an agreement!" Harris said.
This made Holly smile, after all she always believed that her brother had it in him, and only that little felony for drug possession held him back from getting a well-paying job.
Luckily for him he was finally able to afford the lawyer to get it deleted from his criminal record.

"But it was really hard to be away for so long from my girl" Luke said with a smile as he gave Luke's ass another squeeze, making the feminized guy shuffle and groan from the sensation.
"Then again the shows she put up for me in the morning really made me persist" he continued with a smirk that was mirrored by Holly, who knew exactly what those shows entailed.

"Your request for double E implants has been granted! You are scheduled for surgery in a month, Congratulations!" Holly cheered with a thumbs up, which was the last thing Luke saw from her before the door closed right in front of his wide eyes.
