Charge up front is now enabled!

I've enabled this feature for 2 reasons.
- It is a precaution against people who pledge & unpledge after they take what they want. I've had about 30 frauds so far.
- I don't want for Patrons to wait to receive some of the rewards until the next month.
If you pledge, from now on you will have instant access to all the rewards!
However, if you are already a Patron you will have to wait for the next month. If you don't want to wait, you can unpledge and pledge again so you get charged.
