(Super Abridged). These two, Carlos Marlon (played by KAITO), and Banica Conchita (played by MEIKO), are from MOTHY’s creation, Evillious Chronicles. This very long and complex series is based on the Seven Deadly Sins, and here Banica Conchita, (the red lady) is possessed by the Demon of Gluttony.

In the story, Carlos Marlon is hired to be her cook. In the end she eats him before eating herself to prevent the curse from being passed down - it is a dark and sad story. Prior to Carlos’s death, it is revealed they were in love and had a baby.

I’m not familiar with most of the stories in the Chronicles, but many KaiMei fans are also BaniCarlos fans because it’s one of the few instances where “Kaito” and “Meiko” are romantic with each other.
