Info (01.07.2022)

Unfortunately, there will be no updates this month. June is my time for pass and exams. For this reason, I had little free time. Fortunately, the holidays have started, which means that I can spend more time on Unreal Engine. I am currently trying to fix and modify a DLC component. I plan to add a swimming system as well, although I still have to think it over to be sure that I can handle it. But I also wanted to ask you what would you like to see in the next update?

I know there were a lot of questions about the melee combat system. But for that I would have to use the animation library from the EU Marketplace for sure, and it's not a simple system.

Hope exams went well! I would love to see further stability for whats already done. I see the last preview for climbing is looking really great. Swimming seems to be on your mind so that would be a nice addition. I would love to see further advancements for your AI. It's well done so far, but AI can see you from across the test map and are really great shots lol. Getting shot at needs to be tuned as it's almost impossible to fight back if ganged up on. Maybe some docs would be helpful for the systems you made yourself. More interactive items/objects would be cool to see as well!

Fighting music has long since been removed. Honestly, I added this music when editing the video XD. But it's actually very easy to do so thanks for reminding me.

Personally, I would be interested in an Actioninput slide. Where the character transitions in a slide animation overlay and moves forward (like the roll). And an enemy Spawner BP that spawns a caped amount of ALS Human Ai Char overtime. I got the caped spawning to work, but the Ai breaks and cant attack the player. Also, do to me just recently discovering you (and not being that skilled in Unreal), I couldn't get the dynamic combat music working in v.2.3, so I will go back to 2.2 and look how it was done there (Was in your "Uncharted Video") or was it not implemented in 2.3? I fell bad for saying so much. Sorry, great project. I can't thank you enough. Good luck.
