UE5 - Interaction With ALS - Version 2.2


1) Minor Climbing System Update (CMC component):

- A new left / right movement method has been introduced. Basic is based on the sequence and animation dependent of time. The second method is based on position interpolation. In the component details panel, and the 'config' tab, there is a parameter where you can select the movement method.

- Faster jumping between actors. The next ledge is computed moments before the jump sequence is complete, allowing you to move faster between them. This option can also be turned off.

- generally fixing some errors that were not only caused by changing the engine to a newer one.

2) Some extra sound effects.

3) New IK System (Using Control Rig). Currently not used, this is an experimental option.

Currently, this version does not have the grenade system that was implemented in version 4.26. The reason was that this system was causing the program to crash, and I couldn't figure out how to fix it otherwise. Therefore, there are elements of this system in the design, but they are not usable.

The animation system is also an important change. UE5 prefers to use the 'Linked Graph' option, so most of the 'Overlay Layer' system has been moved to the new animation plan. Unfortunately, this solution offers many advantages and disadvantages. One of them is the limited access to 'Anim Montages Slot'.

hey does anyone know if this would be multiplayer ready? if not could some tell me how to make it replicate for everyone?
