For myself, I don't so much find pregnant NPCs attractive as the very act of rendering them pregnant. As depraved, perverse, and, above all, *unnatural* as the idea of using something as wholesome and family friendly as sex to generate offspring may sound, in the safe and consequence free environment of the purely fictional TiTS and CoC universes it's satisfying to play out the fantasy. Sex with the objective of breeding sounds implausible, yes, but there's something in my defective lizard hind-brain resonates strongly with the notion.

Skipped it entirely on my main save and just did a side save for the Kiyoko content to keep up to date. I really like scenes where an NPC futanari is "taking charge" so to speak, so I was torn between voting for futa/femdom, but I ended up settling on femdom since I figured that was more accurately what I wanted the most (I'm sure futas will still spread far and wide without having to specify them). The scenes with Evelyn in the inn for instance, really, REALLY do it for me.

Pregnancy(PC carrying) and being able to play as a woman without having 80% of the game locked off were the big key things that drew me to CoC and then TiTS. I found myself drawn to character fluff and cute scenes as well- the horse gal in the original CoC being a major example, developing relationships with the characters to add them to your crew in TiTS. It just feels more deserved once you've done a quest for them/earned it? The variety of scenes is also 200% golden, too. Pardon any typos or odd formatting, I'm on mobile to post this.

I realize she may represent the extreme end of that fetish, and I can appreciate that an intense scene like her going into labor gives the player an out if they don't want to experience such things. But if there was one thing I'd like to see more of, it's the option to be more involved in NPC pregnancies, and have more detail for the PC's. I also very much enjoy the intimacy side of things too, in between all the smut :3 You guys rock, thanks for doing this!

It's really tough for me to point a finger at one aspect of the experience and say that's what I want and that is what keeps me coming back. While all the above options are draws for me there is one thing I would love to see more of that wasn't specifically called out. I would really like to see some more scenes that explore how the player character's relationship evolves with the existing companions and NPCs. There is already some brilliant groundwork with characters like Brint/Brienne and I can't help but want more. Answers to questions like does anyone ever get fond enough of the player character to want to share a room every night or can I help my resident harmen of cat girls get jobs or stat up a new local shop and contribute to Hawkethorne while I am away would also be greatly appreciated. I would also love to see more how the player character's relationship evolves with Arona and some of the other orcs like Vaush or even the big nameless fellow at the head of the pack that confronts you in the tavern after repeated contact along with player choices/corruption. I have to hand it to y'all on Brint/Brienne. It has been a lot of fun exploring all the interactions possible with that character. The new addition to Brint's repertoire where the PC dominates him is fun and helps round the bloke out even more. That being said as a pretty big staple character who originally presents as very toppy it feels like his range with male characters could use a little expanding. Does he consider rimming player characters? It would certainly be interesting to see options that deal with player characters he's fucked regularly and stretched out a bit or those who possess a moist backdoor after the early anal scene with Kasyrra.

While I like the pregnancy content in this game (a lot) there's already two or three characters dedicated to it... and true corruption is only being hinted at in service of a greater story currently unwritten. I have to say also that the bimbo content is so far the biggest letdown. Dr. Badger, Penny and now Kiro are my favorite content in TITS (and to a lesser extent New Texas) and I also loved Bimbo Liqueur in original CoC. Genderbent preggers/egg-laying is definitely a draw for me. Corruption content is a must; it's not high on my list but it is certainly what I want to see when I take a break from tainting alien space babes and go play CoC and CoC2. The corruption/mindbreak bad ends from CoC (and from Alder's FoE) are some of the most fascinating adult fiction I have ever read. I would have to say all of it is a big draw. I enjoy the ability to tf your character to fit your mood whether as a copy of your sona, something else for variety, or some hypersexual monstrosity. This character then gets to enjoy multiple different scenarios to give you a taste of many different kinks. From (pseudo)rape, corruption, group sex, one on one, masturbation, impregnation, and many more. One of the things that elevates this above some of the similar material out there is the inclusion of non-humans, anthros, and monsters that is the content that really draws my attention. At the end of the day though, it is just a nice grab bag of things that you can get something different out of it every play session.
