I was expecting to be able to send out the rewards and start the poll earlier, but I've been delayed quite a bit and have shortened the poll to the 26th, sorry about that.

But I think I'll be able to finish drawing the poll characters on schedule ( maybe 😅

Incidentally, I recently learned that another important member of the Hololive has graduated, so I'm adding it to the poll.

原本預計可以提早發送獎勵與開始進行投票，延遲了不少時間，相對地縮短了這次投票時間至26日，抱歉。

不過我想還是能如期完成繪製投票角色吧(大概😅

順便一提，最近才得知了Hololive又有重要成員畢業，所以這次加入至投票角色中。

Unlimited number of tickets, characters can be repeatedly selected.

Random Lottery System

1.Characters with "5 or more votes" will be added to the lottery pool and one will be selected at random.

2. The characters with high votes will continue to appear next month, and in addition, .

3. Before the end of the voting, there may be some reasons to complete the voting role inside early.

4. If there are less than 5 votes for a character in that month, please stop repeating your suggestion for the next month, so that other characters can have a chance to join, and you are welcome to continue suggesting after the next month.

5.When the monthly voting character is higher than 20 votes, it will continue to appear in the next month. When it is higher than 20 votes for 2 consecutive months, I will finish the character directly.

實施隨機抽籤規則

1.角色"5票以上"會加入抽籤池內，隨機選出一位。

2.投票量高的角色，下個月有機會繼續出現。

3.投票結束之前，有可能因為些原因，會提前完成裡面的投票角色。

4.如果當月投票人物少於5票，下個月請暫停重複提議，讓其他角色有機會加入，隔月後歡迎繼續提議。

5.當月投票人物高於20票，下個月會繼續出現，當連續2個月高於20票，我會直接完成該人物。
