The 'perfect' standard is not perfect by any means. But this table is meant to give information on top of the wiki, to better understand the time frames and what is involved per stage.

Some of the details here don’t match with what’s been shown/said in-novel. Aligning notes for mind cultivation was said to be done with the world around not ‘oneself’. And the body cultivation of that one mf that YZ killed already had a core despite being in the second phase no?

2023-05-07 09:18:39 +0000 UTCYears mean the time complete that stage. So 20 years for stage 1. Then it would be 40-60 years for stage two. So someone would complete stage 2 at 80 years old. But the lifespan is 90-150 years, which means they would have exhausted almost all their lifespan. That is why the 4th stage is called the great bottleneck. It is brutal in terms of requirements, but you only have so much lifespan.
