I think they canonically have teeth but the anime shows them with teeth sometimes, besides that and the Deku eyes I didn't change the design much.
It's a good design presented poorly

Dragonite is one of my favorite Pokemon despite the lack of special interest regarding Pokemon as a whole. So this makes me happy. I do have my canon lineup for friends who do like Pokemon so they can talk their interest with me.
