It’s a military trial, everyone in that courtroom is military, except maybe the family of the accused. So all the jury is military.

Tom Cruise, Demi Moore, Jack Nicholson, Kevin Bacon, Kiefer Sutherland, Kevin Pollak, Cuba Gooding Jr and Noah Wyle (he just won an Emmy for the show The Pitt!) Like others have said, the rag wasn't poisoned. I felt so bad for Dawson and Downey. It sucks that they still got BCD, but yeah, they should've said no. Although they still would've been punished for saying no and Santiago probably still would've died from the code red. A no-win situation.
