2026-01-10 03:45:21 +0000 UTCYeah, I feel the mix of drama & fun is a great throwback to the early seasons of Angel. It’s just a shame that it got cancelled when it did: this is such a strong season, & there was so much scope of where they could have taken the show, had they been renewed.

2026-01-09 22:15:04 +0000 UTCThis season balances drama and fun, which is what the show should be. Unfortunately Joss Whedon immediately demanded an early renewal so they could start work on Season 6, and the network used that as an excuse to cancel it.
