2025-11-28 16:12:04 +0000 UTCProbably the least-important question to answer, but re "What is Prussia?": in 1789, when the Angelus flashback takes place, Germany as we know it didn't exist. Prussia was one of the larger kingdoms within the Holy Roman Empire, which would be dissolved by Napoleon a couple decades later, and then after Napoleon's defeat the German-speaking states would eventually unify as Germany.
