I watched that movie when I was on college break and staying with my grandma who put it on TCM, and it was WAY better than I was expecting!

Doubt it would win a poll even if you put it on one but is an underrated early Hitchcock film I love is "Lifeboat." It’s literally just a group of survivors stuck in a little boat after a shipwreck, and somehow Hitchcock makes it feel huge, tense, and even funny at times. You’re pulled right into the drama of these strangers trying to survive together, and it never drags for a second. Honestly, it’s one of his most clever setups.
