I put much text in this page, because it's vital information to explain some of Alpha's reactions.
Poor thing isnt' exactly much prepared to deal with stress to begin with, and increasing his anxiety and alert state artificially to just reveal their flaws is something very mean, specially for someone so young as him.
I asked a medic if this made some sense, and it seems to be possible, so I decided to roll with it... originally, I wanted to Daniel to be aware of this, since he's the one who handles most of the important things for the xenos, but then I thought it would be even more evil for Dr. Orozco to do it at his back, and it would also explain why the doses of Alpha's regeneration inhibitor were messed up in earlier episodes...
when we're super stressed constantly, it's normal for certain hormones to be released, most popular one is Adrenaline, but that's not really the most important for stress... cortisol is way more damaging at the long run... it's known as the "stress hormone" because it's released under stressful situations to prepare the body for faster response, it enhances sugar available in blood, makes your alertness and brain responses quicker, also allows other substance to circulate in blood to actually enhance our responses to wounds in case that happens. Needless to say, staying in this constant state is damaging to our bodies at the long run.
I came up with this idea because I'm a very anxious person, and I get stressed quite easily... and the periods of my time where I've been unders too much stress I had had stupid mood swings and also got sick all the time :c.

I had to re-draw lots of elements of this page, because the original poses were kinda boring, bland... and I decided that I need them to be more dramatic, they're talking, there's lot of information going around, better that the drawing show more dynamism balance it out.
