Derideal comic journal (blog)

Hey, just wanted to write something here and give a small update about what I'm currently focusing on.

Derideal is my main interest, and I decided this past time to mostly focus in this comic, and I think this is finally paying off, it's going to be a just a little more time before.

This the current status of the comic

it's been a lot of work, but I'm almost in the last stages of work... I think if things goes well, I'll be able to achieve my goal and finish drawing the entire story next year!

I even decided the name of the new episodes (except the last ones, kinda)

all of the titles are edgy I guess, as the missing episodes will go a little further into the character's feelings and the tittles represent a general theme or symbolic about the stuff that happens in the story.

even with the work I did to shorten the comic story, removing A LOT of content that would make it impossible to finish, now I realize that, after lots of years making comics... finally understanding the limits of a story, the limits of what I can accomplish, this comic has consumed lot of my life, and I don't really regret it, even if it ultimatelly it never get popular, I think I've learned quite a lot in terms of art, in terms of stories and I've meet interesting people, I also think the comic has reached people who have appreciated the inner themes and managed to think about the story, beyond the characters, the sci-fi and the surface events.

also, LOTS  of Ivory for the next part! yay!

PS. LOST MEMORIES comic idea project I decided to put it "on hold" for now, as I was already getting to distracted, but I'll be resumed as soon as I FEEL I've worked enough in Derideal.

PS. been drawing my comic this much, made me remember exactly what I want to do, and it's been part of the reason I'm also a bit distracted and not very motivated anything else xd
