the only reason these kind of powers exist is because Cyberfox made a character that was a different "profession" for the roleplaying game that worked sort of like a wizard/sorcerer.
I THINK mages and such are a popular type of character and this was the only alternative we could make to not go completely insane with "magic"
I ended up mixing it up with implants and such to make it more "experiment-like" and well, the VOID allows more liberty than Derideal and XEN.

Susu's "powers" depends on her brain's implants, they're hard to modify and shouldn't be touched/removed, but it's a device created by the Consortium in THE VOID as experiment, but it was never perfect, in theory you could surgically remove it and she would be sort of like a normal xeno (that's what I think at this point)
