French language version of PQ 2.11

Good news for all you French speaking players! Sam has been at it again and made a translation of version 2.11. As last time, most of the menus are still in English, but the dialogue should all be translated. I haven't checked the dialogue for spelling or grammar errors, because I don't speak French myself, but I assume it will help you guys out.
