As always, I'll use the winning concept as a baseline of my new monthly. Details and such may change, but the underlying premise will be there.

1.) A guy is sitting watching the clock, it's Feb 28th 11:59PM. He knows what Leap Day has in store for him. The clock strikes 12, its Leap Day again and he transforms into her more mysterious half to enjoy their special day.

2.) A guy begins to prepare for his date on midnight of February 28th, while his friend waits for him to leave (watching dog or something while he's gone). While in an autocloset, the computer malfunctions (it doesn't calculate the leap day and this seems to revert to "factory settings"), and believe that he's a female preparing for his date. Proceed him getting washed with his hair extending into a nice long blonde, slightly wavy hair, his body being expanded and suctioned by machines to fill out his rear and now 36DD breasts, and a nice tight bodycon dress being shoved on with heels and makeup applied. Exits autocloset to find friend still waiting, now shocked, but the user (one that was in autocloset) excited to go on HER date with HIM.

3.) Guy nervously watches a girl bungie jump or hang glide. Wishes to be brave like her. So he ends up taking a leap and becomes a cute girl by the time he reaches the bottom.
