I loved Eula getting a chance to turn things around on them for a moment (a few pages, at least); as composed as Kaeya in particular tends to be, he's not completely unflinching or immune when the tables are turned on him. Amber of course gets to delightedly watch from the sidelines, rooting for both of them :D

2026-02-24 03:54:05 +0000 UTCLiterally every panel here is amazing. p99-1 is adorably devious, and it makes for a great payoff to the end of the previous page: that page showed Kaeya’s expression grow progressive more mischievous as he started the countdown, and it also concluded with close-ups of Amber and Eula to show how they felt as the situation grew steamier. This panel showcases Kaeya at “full mischief”: the framing, the obscured eyes (well, one more than usual), and the more prominent shadow give him a sinister air, but it also shows the excitement getting the better of him in the same way it did to Amber and Eula. He hesitates before ending the countdown. We see him start to breathe heavily. And that expression of his really does act as the final piece of the equation started in p98-2 and 3 - his expression being one that lies somewhere between Amber’s giddiness and Eula’s flustered trepidation. The fact that it acts as a collision between two ideas that began on the previous page helps sell it as a critical moment; it really does feel like a point of no return. Ah dammit I spent too long on one panel I gotta do a bullet round: The fluids in this sequence are breathtaking. The sweat, spit and pre all feel believable and really add a sense of life to the proceedings. They’re also hot as fuck. p99-4 is amazing and p99-5 makes for an adorable companion to it. The dialogue is really effectively used - it’s great to see this pair’s formal, verbose style of speaking get reduced to only a few words per sentence as they become more flustered. Page 100’s panels are all from the same perspective with the action being shown from the same side and the viewpoint being level with the characters - and this creates a great sense of continuity as well as really immersing the reader in the situation. Kaeya’s panel on page 100 is a great comparison to his first on page 99, it’s great seeing the bandit’s show of confidence get defeated by our plucky princess (the fact she did it by performing some amazingly well-drawn fellatio and the fact he announced his defeat with a sexy moan are also nice bonuses). About that sexy moan: it’s a great touch that there’s a little wobble to the panels that happens as Kaeya starts to lose his composure. I love how it starts in the bottom border of 100-3 (since that’s where Kaeya is in relation to Eula, diegetically and on the page itself via p100-4) and eventually consumes the entire panel in p100-5 once we’ve actually seen him trembling. Man, it really feels like I’m brushing over so much peak stuff here. I know they say a picture is worth a thousand words; and yeah - it probably would take 10,000 words to express all the ways these 10 works of art come together to produce this absolute cinema. Congrats on 100 pages! :> I can’t wait for what’s to come (and who’s to come!)
