2025-12-27 08:22:20 +0000 UTCSomething I dislike about the anime as a really weird change that ends up causing some weird contradictions for somewhat relevant stuff is the color of Roxy's (and the rest of the Migurd's) hair. In the show it's much more of a purple, while in the books it's a lighter blue. Back when Roxy was telling Rudy she was a demon she said that in the right light her hair can look the same color as a Superd, which makes much more sense with a lighter blue color vs purple. Don't try to look up any pictures of what her hair should look like though, as that brings up some very spoiler heavy stuff (not her hair color specifically, just that spoiler heavy pictures tend to be what shows up when looking for better pics of her hair lol).

2025-12-20 04:37:38 +0000 UTCShe appreciates a good show that considers the value of life. This show is definitely about showing value of and fragility of life. And not just in living and dying sense either but also in the actions and consiquences sense as well. Choices and outcomes. I mean look at rudeus' mess of a first life and him trying to make better choices this time. It's literally a show about life. It may be in a fantasy world but it's applying normal human interaction and emotion.

2025-12-19 21:13:12 +0000 UTCI love how much fun Eris is having, just wanna focus on her a bit since you are already pretty tuned in on whats going on between Rudy and Ruijerd. She's taken a LOT of inspiration from Ghislaine, so much so that she was practically her role model before Rudeus showed up. She's wanted to be just like her for so long, so it's cute how even in this dangerous environment she's having the time of her life. To her being an adventurer was something she always wanted but never thought she could have, an escape from the chains of royal politics and stuff she never cared about and was never good at. Also her throwing Ruijerd's hypocrisy in his face was a cool moment, she's grown and changed so much already from when we first met her.

2025-12-19 17:13:46 +0000 UTCWell, the superd are big on honor and Ruijerd especially is very principled. It is a true clash of values here. Also Nesa revealing she is secretly unhinged is great XD The thing is life is pretty cheap anywhere outside of the human (western) continent. And even then, there is conflict between different kingdoms as well. It's not mentioned in the anime as far as I am aware of and in the novel it is only there for background (the novel is finished so I can attest to that), but there is a part of the human continent that is even labled as the combat zone or something like that, where small kingdoms constantly wage war against each other. Either way you are going to get your time's worth out of this anime :D It's only going to ramp up ;)
