That's why Casey doesn't tell Naomi or Miriah about Gen. She could easily take them home and then keep Gen. This way Marilith would get suspicious.

Plus if Naomi knew and didn't help Gen, when Gen eventually did turn back Naomi would have to share the wrath aimed at Casey. :p
