Sup bbs! Hope y'all are doing well and staying healthy!
I've been having a HELLUVA TIME (bad way) getting a new cintiq xD! It's been a mess, but there's a light at the end of the tunnel, and no value lost (save for time and hope xD)
Game-wise, I've been tending to some random Act 1 polishes, and pushing forward with some Act 2 assets! Like this lil' Donkey here :>
Vixel's been transferring our control-system to a whole new robust plugin. This should handle a lot of 3rd party controllers, and even paves the way for touch support. (we've been looking into that a bit.)
The other big thing we're tackling is Pixel Perfect resizing! At the moment the way things were set up made it "work" but only at certain resolutions. Yet, I've played many games that can be pixel perfect and beautiful at any resized window size. So we were looking into those leads to make the game more polished and legit, and finally get a more "legitimate" support for outlying resolutions (y'all extra wide bois).
This month will be a lot of back-end updates as we prepare for Act 1's official release.
There will be some additional dialogues as we plug in all of the critter's idles. Penny will have her own specific paths of dialogue as you use her. It'll be much more apparent as the later acts happen :>
