Cold plunge ๐ฅถ unedited video
Added 2025-09-21 15:21:37 +0000 UTCItโs one of those mornings in Hanko when the air suddenly feels different... sharp and crisp, like the first real sign that summer is behind us ๐ฅฒ I donโt want to admit it, but autumn has arrived. The sky is bright, the breeze is cool, and thereโs a little heaviness in me, the kind that comes when the warm season ends ๐
I head to the sauna, already grateful for the heat. Part of me wants to skip the swim this time, but I canโt resist at least testing the water. I dip a toe in. Temperature of the water is about 15 ยฐC (59 ยฐF) and that shock is enough to push me over the edge. I go all in ๐
The water is crystal clear, almost silvery in the light. My whole body tightens at first, but then thereโs that rush! the way the cold sweeps away every trace of gloom ๐ For a moment Iโm weightless. Just breathing.
And then Iโm running back to the sauna!!!
Skin tingling, heart racing, smiling to myself. The heat wraps around me instantly, steam rising, and the contrast feels perfect. Thatโs the beauty of this season: even as summer fades, these small rituals make me feel more awake than ever ๐๐ฅ
