Release Update & Quarantine Thoughts

First, I wanted to make sure everyone knew that I'm launching the split updates for Tier Twelve next week, so 25 pages of MWTQ will be released on the 9th, 12th, 16th and finally on the 19th.

Second, I wanted to thank everyone for their thoughts on what I knew would be a huge reveal on MWTQ. I'm going to stay away from commenting as we reach the end of the comic, and I hope those of you who are worried it's too big of a narrative leap will give it a chance as I think I landed it pretty well.

As a thanks for all the feedback I'm uploading a huge SPOILER IMAGE for those who have already read it. Open it at your own risk!

Release Update & Quarantine Thoughts

I have my hypotheses, but yeah I think it could easily be explained with flashbacks. Is that what you mean?

Harsh! It's not over yet. Maybe, there's a flashback or Jess has one version of events she assumed or constructed from watching the internet feed, but Tammy reveals a different version of events. Maybe, Jess can't remember her old life at all and has no memories of or feelings for her former boyfriend. That's why Jess is so calm about her pregnant ex-boyfriend doing reverse cowgirl on some strange guy. Perhaps, the amnesiac Jess has fallen in love with her doctor and they are already in a relationship, so she is just popping around out of courtesy to let Tammy know she isn't coming back and she has no hard feelings about Tammy 'cheating' on her with a(nother) guy, getting pregnant and stealing her followers. Maybe, the followers offered so much money to get pregnant and have sex on-line, it was an offer they couldn't refuse, and now they are set for life. Maybe she just finished an eating challenge or drinking challenge on her 'list of challenges' and has to top her co-star without throwing up. Maybe, it's just gas.

Flashback?

I genuinely love stories that enable the reader to fill in the blanks, I loved the time lapse, it sort of shocks you into realising how fate has taken someone to a place they are more than happy with, I'm intrigued how Jess is going to react to her once husband, now pregnant sister with her new partner, Jess must know how much time she would've been in a coma, it's the first question you'd ask the nurses or doctors, it must've been scary for her too without someone she loves being there when she woke up 🩷🤍🩷

I honestly didn’t mind what happened in the last MWT segment. Bit sudden, bit different, but I’m curious where it goes/what kind of twist is in store.

I think she looks amazing 🩷🤍🩷

I'll add my voice to the discussion and say that you have my full support on the story as you've chosen to tell it. When reading the latest chapter, I felt that a time jump during quarantine made sense. Time was particularly ephemeral for many due to isolation and engaging in routines that saw it pass quickly. Lastly, I'll add that this particular version of “oops consequences” for a man transformed into a woman is often the conclusion of stories, and, to me, that can be unsatisfying. Knowing there is more to the story makes me very excited about the conclusion. To wrap up, I’ll share my continued thanks for all your hard work!

Ok, I didn't like this timeskip, but I still want to see the final result. I've been waiting for this third part for a long time and I don't want to miss a possible fourth part. Something I was also wondering about this futuristic transforming gun, in what other series does it appear or is it something exclusive to the My Wife's Twin Saga?

I'm always down to keep an open mind as a story develops, but the jump from drunken incident to where this last chapter ended feels like it's skipping a huge portion of the story.

Personally, I loved the direction. As I said in my other post, I was certainly shocked but I was not surprised. Given that this takes place during the peak of Covid isolation and the circumstances Tammy was immediately thrust into it didn’t strike me as coming way out of left field. Additionally, I think this follows the reoccurring theme of radical and fundamental reframing of relationships that My Wife’s Twin stories share. I will say, I could’ve seen value in adding a part or two showing Presley and Tammy’s relationship forming and showing what Tammy’s knowledge of Jess’ recovery. I will admit I was kind of surprised to see Jess stroll up seemingly completely unknown to Tammy. However, I certainly can see all that being answered in the next couple of parts. Either way, I’m very eager to see how it turns out. Thank you for your work and for being so responsive!

I like it too :)

Ouch :D

I'll certainly keep an open mind with Quarantine until it's finished... At this point, I still think it feels rushed, like the 8th season of Game of Thrones.
