Thanks for the feedback guys! I'm also on the side in favor of multiple votes. It feels less 'absolute' and gives a chance to other characters (specially less popular ones) to get some votes too haha.

The thing is, the most popular character of the bunch is likely going to win out regardless, and honestly, probably is <i>more</i> likely to win if people have multiple votes. There are many cases when a voter may like more than one character a lot but have a hard time choosing which one in particular to vote for. Getting multiple votes gives them the chance to choose both. I, for one, like a lot of different characters, and often find it hard to pick just one "favorite" because that can change depending on my mood. As long as you can't cast more than one vote on the same character (which you can't here), I think it's fine. I doubt many, if any at all, would do something like pick absolutely everyone because there will always be some level of preference. And with multiple picks per person, there will more likely be one character that ends up aligning with most people the most, so there should still be a clear winner. Also I just like seeing that there are some characters people do, indeed, like, even if they have the least votes, whereas they might not have votes at all if it were just one per person.
