I was going to try and dull the edge of the betrayal a bit, but it felt like too much of a departure from the original story. If there's ever any followups I think it would be interesting to see how Katie deals with what she did with James and potential others.

2021-02-23 19:27:15 +0000 UTCTrinity. Love it just like I loved the original story but I hate to say it.. it’s really a shame that the mom took her daughter’s bf like that. I guess I wouldn’t mind if you made the daughter a mean bitchy girl or a troublemaker that disobeys her mom, but the fact that the daughter is such a warm, caring and kind person to her mom just gives us a dose of reality that there are mother/ daughter relationships out there when they compete against each other . It’s sad but it’s true. Maybe that was Tyler’s intention for the theme of this story all along 🤔

On the other hand, this was a fun story with interesting character development. I honestly didn't expect it to go exactly the way it did. Great job. I'm now hoping for a sequel.
