[Game Update] Work is For Suckers

As many of you may have found out, the looking around action in Elaine's bedroom is broken in the current alpha. As such, I decided to fix that this week, and in so doing I added a new vore scene (for when she catches you snooping around) as well as some mechanics tied to the Luck attribute. When you search her room now, the game makes a Luck check to see if Elaine hears you (or wakes up, if she's asleep). Of course, if Elaine isn't home, no such check needs to be made.

Also, you can now buy scratchcards from the store. With an average Luck attribute, you'll win about as much as you do IRL, but if you max out Luck, you'll keep winning enough money that you don't have to bother getting a job.
