-Download as Zip (Otherwise the order of folders and files might broke and cause problems)
-Unpack
-Run GOAT.exe

Download this link when an update comes out,and you have the previous version installed. If you skipped an update,its better to download the full package.
After download, just run the Updater.exe, and it will copy the new files into your current install location. If you don't trust the app, you can also copy the Updates folder content into your current install location.

Looks like some server side issue on dropbox, it worked before i made the release
