Chapter 819: Morning Light On Match Day

After hanging up the phone, Su Luo fell into deep thought.

He lay quietly on the bed and closed his eyes.

Recalling Emily's words and her unwavering support, Su Luo felt filled with strength and determination.

He knew the weight of his responsibility. As the team's core player and leader on the field, he had to shoulder more expectations and pressure than ever.

But with Emily by his side, no problem felt insurmountable.

Su Luo took a deep breath and smiled softly to himself.

He had the confidence to face every upcoming match—and to dedicate each performance to the people who supported and believed in him.

Sitting up, Su Luo stared at the phone screen.

He began thinking about how to improve his performance in the next game and how best to lead his team to victory.

The hotel room was quiet, filled with warmth and calm.

Moonlight streamed in through the curtains, casting soft shadows across the floor.

In this moment, Su Luo felt peaceful and satisfied.

A few minutes later, he contacted the coaching staff to ask about the upcoming training schedule and match arrangements.

He was fully prepared—ready to give his all, both on and off the pitch.

Then, Su Luo decided to step outside. He needed to feel the fresh air, to clear his mind.

He changed into his team’s training gear and packed his essentials.

Before leaving the room, he looked up at the ceiling and made a silent vow:
“I’ll give it everything I’ve got.”

As Su Luo walked out of the hotel, the breeze brushed gently against his cheeks.

He took a deep breath of fresh air and felt the sun’s warmth on his skin.

Emily’s support gave him endless courage and motivation.

With her by his side, even the toughest matches seemed easier to endure.

She had become his inspiration—his reason to keep striving and improving.

Su Luo headed toward the training pitch, each step grounding him with purpose and clarity.

On match day morning, bathed in golden sunlight, Su Luo stood at the edge of the field, gazing across to observe Beaumont’s tactical warm-up.

He was studying their formation, trying to understand how best to counter it in the coming game.

The Beaumont team approached their drills with a calm, controlled rhythm.

They weren’t rushing into attacks but were focused on patient ball circulation and positional discipline.

Su Luo studied the movements and positioning of each player carefully, trying to spot any weaknesses.

“Su Luo, did you notice how their forward, Holtby, moves off the ball?” his teammate Bartra asked, approaching from the side.

Su Luo turned and frowned slightly.
“Not in detail yet. Do you think he has any standout traits?”

Bartra grinned.
“Yeah. Holtby’s always looking to exploit space. He makes constant diagonal runs, dragging defenders and creating openings. You should watch how he times them—you could pick up a thing or two.”

Su Luo nodded silently, committing the advice to memory.

He turned his attention back to the field, more focused than ever.

As the match began, Beaumont displayed impressive composure.

Through tight coordination and sharp passing, they slowly pushed forward with intent.

Su Luo could feel the rising tension in the air—and in his body—but he met the challenge head-on.

The tempo of the match quickly became intense, with both teams showcasing high-level technique and awareness.

Su Luo watched every play with sharp eyes, searching for cracks in Beaumont’s structure.

The opposing players were fast and fluid, constantly shifting their strategy and transitioning smoothly between attack and defense.

Su Luo remained composed, absorbing the rhythm of the match and waiting for the right moment to strike back.
