"Now the counterattack begins..." Funny you mention it like that, because this season was split into 2 cours (8 episodes each), with the first being called the attack arc, and the second the counterattack arc!

It sucks that it's less popular than other types of reaction content, but honestly, what's the point of a reaction with no substance? It feels weirdly parasocial to me, just looking for hype moments and something that agrees with you. Like, yes, you watch reactions and discussions on something you're interested in, but it's still a pretty broad range with how people perceive that. For example, just because someone likes Re:Zero, it doesn't mean that it's their favorite anime, nor does it mean they won't criticize it. For me, it's my favorite, and I love the 2nd season to the point of giving it a 9 or 10, even though it has its faults. You guys don't agree, and that's great! I find it interesting and valid. You speak your mind, positive or negative. You're open about your life experiences and views. You've watched a ton of stuff, so you know a lot of references, actors, tropes, etc., and you know a lot about animation, choreography, and so on, which you all share as you discuss. I especially like your theory crafting (I am biased there cause I'm a writer lol). Point is, it's all cool, refreshing, and like you said, enriching, so... thanks for that. It doesn't go unnoticed!
