Well, the people underwater can use Water Magic and other types of water-related magic. This Arc is quite important for Harry’s Character Development.

Now that I think about it, why not give that ability that Arthur Curry "commands" all sea creatures to Harry? It would be epic. Harry would be even more badass. I just don't think Harry will leave this underwater realm without learning some interesting magic. And the Princess can always teach. My favorite fic of yours. Continues.
