And even during the Fourth Ninja War, Kurama didn’t help Naruto, and started doing so only after Madara showed up.

And once again shows how Naruto always has to work harder than anyone else because of a decision that effected him at birth. Now he's taking the blame for the Ninetails controlling him... And now has been banned from Republic City. I do enjoy what Korra said and reciting what Aang said about never wanting to take an innocent life or condemning them... That there is always a way. It makes my skin crawl though... Honestly I wonder if though if The Earth Queen is as bad as Danzo... Regardless. I Look forward to the next chapter and I believe I have an idea of who it is... But I won't say here in the comments. Great Chapter
