Slytherin would also work, but I don’t think I’ve read any OP Harry stories where he is a Hufflepuff, would be interesting. Would love a future scene where Harry is casually speaking with the Basilisk while sitting with his Nundu familiar 😂😂 Really liked this opening chapter, excited to see how it unfolds Cheers!

I have so many ideas and things that you could do. I don’t know what you could do but I hope you find something you like every fun to read.

2023-12-17 22:21:34 +0000 UTCHeh, this could be a lot of fun. I think for house doing something unexpected would be enjoyable, and make story sense. His house has to be Hufflepuff, and there's a reason. Having a pet like the nundu would dramatically tilt his personality towards loyalty because she would save him from the mistreatment and provide companionship. He'd also have to work hard to take proper care of her, and combined those traits would probably overtake his bravery in prominence. I've seen a few people suggest Slytherin, but that doesn't really work since having a nuclear kitten would not lead one towards subtlety or cunning in problem solving.
