DS3LE-Lite 0.2.15

DS3LE-Lite (Not completed) with the following Features

1. DLSS/FSR

2. GTAO with Contact shadows.

3. Screen space shadows.

4. Updated Lighting Model to GGX from BlinnPhong, Produces better metal/non-metal surfaces.

5. Scene SSR - Physically based. It combines the existing cube maps

6. Reverse z buffer - This significantly improves the quality, providing a significant improvement in Image stability like Fog.

7. HDR monitor support.

8. Auto Exposure based Tonemapper.

9. PCSS Shadows - However use a mod like shadows mod. as this is Lite and shadow casting needs to be enabled using that

10. SSGI.

11. Improved Motion blur - you can choose only on objects or full scene vs base ds3 full scene blur.

12. Cinematic DOF - Near dof can cause some issue, however Far DOF is perfect.

13. HDR Monitor support with Tonemapper.

14. Hair shading improvements.

Note : LE works before postprocess and actually changes the rendering engine. All effects are rendered before UI. Also UI Is rendered at native resolution when upscaling using DLSS.

Latest Change Log

1. Removed some Asserts, but now logs will be made in DS3LE.log.

2. Bug fixes - Should not see artifacts in cutscenes. Regression

4. Color transform application is now more accurate from base game, so should match base game even more.

5. Lightshafts are slighty boosted to match base game.

6. Support for Overlay type Paraffin - Other mods will be added in next build

Existing Bugs

1. Flicker when you open the stats screen.

2. Disable Blood. Enabling it causes blood splatter everywhere and causes flickers

More features in Future

1. Water SSR which also combines with planar seamlessly.

Installation

1. Paste all contents in the DS3-Game folder.

2. Use modengine/mod engine2 to make sure the mod folder is loaded.
