There's no explanation at all, but Touko is leading a trip to the pool with local children. lol
I looked up the term "children's party," but it's not that common nationwide, so I gave up. lol
I wanted to keep it pretty simple this time... but even the illustrations ended up being a bit plain. lol Well, it's just an introduction, so please forgive me.
