I wonder if the clinic has a psych ward. Perhaps it’s where patients who are take to the hypno treatment too much (or not at all, as there must be something wrong if they don’t want to be gagged). They can be fitted with a straight jacket and an extra big gag until the doctors says they’re fine to go (if she ever does)
