I know it's explainable. Right now I'm tending to simply reducing the numbers, perhaps not showing the ultimate percentages after adding it all up and only the base one. Thanks for the insight!

You might also want to remember one of the big reasons people like litrpg is beacuse a part of it is watching numbers go up. So if we lose those numbers some of the readers lose some enjoyment. Also as most of the comments noted we do not know what skills others have so when they can take more damaging then 0 defence who'd expect them to they might just have some vitality/def skills. They have accsess to a lot of skills some have to be defensive in nature, so if they want them :)
