...I presume that's a day, right?

Anyway. I hope that spring is treating you well :) this is mostly just a couple of quick updates. One is that I've updated the writing.dog CMS, so if you have an account there everything should be working but I might've missed something.

Two is that, boy, I really wish I hadn't gone with a CMS. Or at least, not with that CMS. I'm halfheartedly considering some kind of refactor; concrete5 is very heavy and brittle for what I want it to do. The main reason I use a CMS at all is because I wanted somebody smarter than me to handle user accounts. But I probably could've found some off-the-shelf PHP thing for that, since basically everything on the site is functionally static HTML.

Three is that I've updated some of the reference material, including the Star Patrol encyclopedia. However, I'm traveling at the moment, which means I don't have access to the compiler I use for adding commentary, so at the moment there are two stories on SF that have not currently been formatted for writing.dog. If you already read them from the Dropbox folder, they're... pretty much unchanged? I think, anyhow.

Four is just in terms of upcoming projects, I have the second part of the last Casey & Dev (& BONUS COYOTE) story outlined. What I cannot say (...yet) is whether or not it will end at two parts, because I feel like coyotes are going to be fun to screw around with. We'll see.

Also, in the Dropbox folder is a new Cannon Shoals story, which if I leave it structurally unchanged will be the first clean story in the setting :P I am not sold on the story itself, which focuses on Morgan Finch, the trans vixen returning to the Shoals after a long absence. But, initial beta reader feedback was okay, so... we'll see.

Anyway! I hope you're all doing well and enjoying the spring. Mostly, I wanted to convey to you that you are wonderful, that I love you all, and that I will get the writing.dog content updated and aligned to SF as soon as I'm back home.
